Field Intelligence
Know what every pump is doing without driving to site
Field Intelligence is AMCO's remote monitoring package for diesel and electric dewatering pumps. Cellular telemetry on the unit reports run hours, fuel, pressure, flow, location and alarms to one dashboard, and pushes the exceptions to whoever is on call. Fitted at the factory on new units, retrofittable to pumps already working.

What it reports
The data a fleet manager actually acts on
Not a dashboard for its own sake — six readings that change what you do that day.
Suction & discharge pressure
See a blinding strainer or a closed valve as a pressure trend, before it becomes a dry run.
Fuel level & burn rate
Plan the fuel run from actual consumption instead of a fixed schedule or a phone call.
Run hours & duty
Hours per unit drive the service schedule and tell you which pump in the fleet is earning.
Fault & shutdown alarms
Loss of prime, high temperature, low oil pressure and shutdowns push to the people on call.
GPS location
Every unit on a map — useful for rental returns, site audits and theft recovery.
Service due
Maintenance intervals count down against real run hours and raise the parts order early.
Where it pays
Fewer site visits, fewer dry runs, fewer surprises
What monitoring changes on a bypass or dewatering job, in the operator's own terms.
- A watchman visit to read a gauge becomes a look at a phone, so night and weekend checks stop burning labour and mileage.
- Loss of prime and low fuel alarm before the sump floods or the pump stops, which is the failure that costs a bypass job its schedule.
- Service is scheduled on real run hours, so seals and bearings are changed before they fail, not on a calendar guess.
- Rental and fleet utilisation is visible per unit, which settles arguments about which pumps to move and which to sell.
- Pressure trends show a blinded strainer or a partly closed valve, both of which quietly wreck seals.
- A record of run hours, pressures and alarms supports the claim, the invoice, or the compliance report after the job.
Savings depend on the site, the duty and how the fleet is run today — we will size the case with you on the walkthrough rather than quote a figure here.
